WARRANTY THATS FIRST CLASS
At First Class Windows & Doors Inc., we don’t just sell windows and doors — we provide lasting peace of mind. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty is a reflection of our commitment to quality, durability, and customer satisfaction. We believe that your investment in our products should come with the confidence that you’re covered for the long term.
COVERED
Frame: Limited Lifetime (25 Years)
The vinyl sash and frame are warranted against cracking, peeling, flaking, or blistering. Note: Exterior painted finishes are limited to 10 years, no exceptions.
Glass: Limited Lifetime (25 Years)
Insulated glass is covered against moisture build-up between panes. Replacement may include new glass or a full panel, at First Class’s discretion.
Glass Breakage: Limited Lifetime (25 Years)
Covers accidental glass breakage, excluding tempered or specialty glass and Galaxy or Imperial series products.
Screens: Limited Lifetime (1 Year)
Screens are warranted for material defects for one year. Replacement screens are available for pick-up at the nearest First Class dealer or manufacturing facility.
Labor: Limited Lifetime (25 Years)
First Class will repair or replace defective parts or components at no charge for as long as you own and occupy the home, within First Class’s official service areas.
Service Areas:
Warranty service is available within a 75-mile radius of the Garden Grove, CA, manufacturing facility. Contact your sales representative for questions.
Returns:
All returned parts or products require a written Returned Material Authorization (RMA) or Service Case Number, no exceptions.
Repairs/Replacement:
Defective parts or components will be repaired or replaced at First Class’s discretion. Full product replacement or refunds may be offered if no viable solution exists (color matching not guaranteed).
Condensation, Mold, and Mildew:
Condensation is caused by excessive household moisture and is not covered. Proper humidity levels can prevent mold and mildew. First Class is not liable for damages from condensation, mold, or mildew.
NOT COVERED
The following items are not covered under warranty:
Incidental or consequential damages.
Improper installation, use, or maintenance of the product.
Workmanship by installers not affiliated with First Class.
Costs for scaffolding, lifts, or similar equipment.
Painted finishes on vinyl installed in desert areas.
Corrosion of hardware or painted surfaces in coastal regions.
Use of non-factory parts or accessories with the product.
Chemical damage or yellowing caused by harsh cleaning agents.
Minor imperfections such as small scratches, marks, or slight glass curvature.
Water infiltration not caused by manufacturing or material defects.
Normal wear and tear, including natural fading or weathering of exterior finishes.
Damage caused by abuse, mishandling, vandalism, tampering, accidents, natural disasters (e.g., fire, floods, earthquakes, storms), house settling, pests, insects, or negligence.
Incorrect product sizing due to customer-provided measurements or those from their representatives or agents.
Use of residential products in commercial applications or vice versa.
Failure to comply with building code requirements applicable in the customer’s jurisdiction (responsibility of the customer or their representatives).
